Questions to ask an OnlyFans agency

Ask an OnlyFans agency what it will do, how its fee is calculated, who controls the account and how you can leave. Use this consultation checklist to obtain written answers about services, references, permissions and reporting. Compare those answers with the actual contract before making a decision.

Who will do the work and how will you reach them?

Ask for the contracting entity, your day-to-day contact, coverage hours and the escalation process. Distinguish a founder's sales call from the people assigned to your account. For example, Bunny Agency publishes company and leadership information on its About page; use that as a starting point for questions rather than proof of service quality. Bunny Agency: company information (agency-reported).

  • Who is responsible for my account and who covers absences?
  • Which services are included, and what remains my responsibility?
  • How often do we review progress, and can I see a sample report?
  • Which kinds of creator accounts have you worked with, and can you provide a reference with permission?

What will you pay and how is it calculated?

Ask for a sample settlement with the percentage applied to an explicit revenue figure. Bunny Agency's advertised 25–50% range is a starting point for discussing scope. It does not answer how your final agreement treats every deduction or expense. Bunny Agency: advertised services and pricing.

  • Is commission based on gross payments or receipts after specified deductions?
  • Which platforms, tips, messages or other income are covered?
  • Who approves promotion and production spending?
  • How are refunds, chargebacks and final invoices handled?

Who controls access and creative decisions?

Describe your boundaries before discussing growth. Ask the agency to demonstrate its approval process and proposed access method without exchanging private credentials during the consultation. Confirm current platform requirements separately.

  • Who can access the account, and how is access removed?
  • Who controls recovery details and payout settings?
  • Which posts, messages and requests need my approval?
  • What happens if a team member crosses an agreed boundary?

How does the arrangement end?

Read the exit section together and request written answers. A smooth start does not answer what happens during cancellation. List the material that should be returned, the work that remains open and the person responsible for each handover task.

  • What is the term, notice period and renewal process?
  • Which costs remain payable after notice?
  • How are files, reports and unfinished subscriber requests handed over?
  • What will confirm that access has been revoked and the engagement closed?

What should you do after the call?

Send yourself a comparison sheet with answers, evidence and unresolved points. Do not count an unanswered question as a favorable answer. If a material promise is missing from the contract, request a correction before signing. This checklist helps prepare a discussion and is not a substitute for legal advice about your agreement.
